The new Microsoft Operating system Windows 8, comes and is installed with Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5 and 4.0 by default. This is great when we want to run Apps which have been built with the recent versions of .NET Framework. But what if we want to use Applications which we have been previously used with earlier versions of Microsoft Windows? As many of them are built using the .NET Framework 3.5, 3.0 and 2.0 versions we won’t be able to run them on Windows 8 since it is not installed by default though the Windows 8 installation media contains the installation source of the latter Framework versions.
Consequently, Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 can be downloaded and installed through the internet but it would be rather a hassle if we don’t have an Internet connection. Hence, Today I’m going to introduce a software that aims to install Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5, 3.0 and 2.0 from the Windows 8 installation media itself and does not requires an Internet connection.

How to use:
1) Insert your Windows 8 installation disk.
2) Select your drive letter from the software.
3) Click on “Install” to start Installation
Or if you don’t have the installation disk but you have the installation media stored on a storage device, alternately you can browse for the “sxs” folder then click “Install”.
