Follow simple steps to view large size of locked profile pictute,

Step 1) First of all, you need to login your facebook account.

Step 2) Now open anyone profile that is locked profile picture and not to click in it to display large.

Step 3) Now you right click in this profile picture and copy image location.

Step 4) Now paste in new tab of your browser and hit enter.

For Example : You copy this URL and paste in new tab your browser and hit enter:

Step 5) Now you will see 160x160 in this URL.
Step 6) You want to change 160x160  into 720x720 and your URL becomes like this below,
